Books: It’s April – Shower Yourself With These Great Sci Fi and Fantasy Books

A few months ago (October 2016) I wrote my first “Hey check out these new releases” book post for The Geekiverse. As I continue to explore how to make this a useful article for you, (and me, as I love to read and I find things to order) I am developing my style for this piece. There are 30-40 new releases per month, and going forward, I am going to narrow it down to 7-10 of what I think are the sure bets, listed alphabetically by the title, also in order of release date. I wish I could just get paid to read. I used to think all good ideas were already used up, and everything was just a rewrite or a remake, but 4 new books release today (October 4) that make me think otherwise. I waded through the 20 plus sci-fi and fantasy books that are released this month to give you what I think are the best bets. Have a quick look. They sound capital G – Great.

All The Birds In The Sky Review – Science Fiction and Fantasy Delight

A couple of weeks ago, two things happened almost simultaneously, as if by….magic. I found the recently released book, “All The Birds in The Sky” by Charlie Jane Anders, and I stumbled on SYFY’s new original show “The Magicians”. I plowed through both of them, which led to me being able to do something else new. For the first time ever, I am using the same paragraph to start two separate articles. Cross that baby off the bucket list.
